HOW IT WORKS:

1 – BOOKING REQUEST –

You submit the form requesting a service quote for a specified booking period (you can access it directly via this link).

* Very Important:

* I only cater for indoor cats or those with an enclosed and sheltered garden, patio or terrace.

* I only board CATS (no other animals at the moment).

* The rates quoted are for up to TWO cats and I can only board a maximum of FOUR.

2 – CONFIRMATION –

Once you have received the budget and service details, you confirm the booking, and then you receive a confirmation from Purringcats.

3 – MEETING TO GET TO KNOW YOU AND YOUR CAT –

In this meeting you give me an update on how the house works, your cat’s diet, behaviour, toys, resting areas, schedules, any (oral) medication, hand over the keys and of course meet your cat.

* Important for this meeting:

* I speak English and Spanish, I’m learning Dutch, but still not fluent.

4 – SERVICE AGREEMENT –

When you agree to let me look after your cat, the relationship is based on the references you may have about me, the impression I make on you at the first meeting and, fundamentally, on trust. However,we will draw up an agreement, which you will accept by email, authorising me to be in your house for the agreed period (you can see the standard text of this agreement by clicking on this link).

5 – PAYMENT –

Amounts must be paid in advance, according to the agreed period. Normally I will send you a tikkie 48 hours before the start of the service, although you can choose to do it earlier, according to your convenience. You will receive a legal invoice as I pay taxes. Prices are inclusive of BTW. You can also pay by bank transfer. If you choose to pay in cash, I will need to credit my account with the amount of the Cash Machine deposit.

6 – SERVICE –

7 – KEYS RETURN –

At the end of the service period I can leave the keys in an envelope through your mailbox (it’s important that both you and I know that you’re returning from your trip and/or that a friend, colleague or family member can enter the house to look after your cat in the event of a delay or cancellation of your flight). If this happens and I can stay, I will, but I cannot commit if I have another booking starting the same day.

If you prefer to have the keys delivered to you personally for a later date, we can arrange a day and time, but I will have to charge a minimal extra fee for this due to the time and transport involved.

8 – COLLECTION OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS –

You will receive a video with all the photos and videos of my stay with your cat.
